Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our commitment to fair, transparent terms for any paid services.

1. Overview

Registration and standard job-matching services at Naukri4Job are free for Candidates. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to optional premium services that a Candidate may choose to purchase, such as advanced coaching or profile-enhancement packages ("Paid Services").

2. Free Services

Because our core Services — registration, consultant matching and job placement assistance — are provided free of charge to Candidates, no fees are collected and therefore no refunds apply to them.

3. Paid Services — Eligibility for Refunds

If you purchase a Paid Service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase; and
  • The service has not yet been substantially delivered (for example, coaching sessions have not commenced).

Once a Paid Service has been delivered or a session has taken place, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted where:

  • The service has been fully rendered;
  • The request is made after the 7-day window;
  • A Candidate is dissatisfied with a hiring decision made by an Employer, which is outside our control;
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Candidate affected the outcome.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@naukri4job.com with your name, the service purchased, the date of purchase and the reason for your request. We aim to review all requests within 5 business days.

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a scheduled premium session up to 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as delivered and are non-refundable.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
