Registration and standard job-matching services at Naukri4Job are free for Candidates. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies only to optional premium services that a Candidate may choose to purchase, such as advanced coaching or profile-enhancement packages ("Paid Services").
Because our core Services — registration, consultant matching and job placement assistance — are provided free of charge to Candidates, no fees are collected and therefore no refunds apply to them.
If you purchase a Paid Service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Once a Paid Service has been delivered or a session has taken place, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.

To request a refund, email info@naukri4job.com with your name, the service purchased, the date of purchase and the reason for your request. We aim to review all requests within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
You may cancel a scheduled premium session up to 24 hours in advance to reschedule at no cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be treated as delivered and are non-refundable.
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
