These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at naukri4job.com (the "Website") and the recruitment, career consultancy and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Naukri4Job Consultancy Services ("Naukri4Job", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing the Website or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering with, accessing or using the Website or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

2. Our Services

Naukri4Job is a recruitment consultancy that connects job seekers ("Candidates") with prospective employers ("Employers"). Our Services may include, without limitation:

  • Career counselling and guidance;
  • Resume and profile building;
  • Interview preparation and coaching;
  • Job matching and placement assistance;
  • Talent sourcing and screening for Employers.

We act as an intermediary. We do not guarantee employment, a specific salary, or the outcome of any interview or application. Hiring decisions rest solely with the relevant Employer.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in the relevant jurisdiction to use our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information at all times.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Website and Services, you agree that you will not:

  • Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information, including in your resume or application;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its servers or any connected systems;
  • Upload viruses, malware or any other malicious code;
  • Scrape, copy or redistribute content from the Website without our written consent.

5. Fees & Payments

Registration and job-matching services for Candidates are provided free of charge. Certain optional premium services (such as advanced coaching packages) may carry a fee, which will always be disclosed clearly before you purchase. Employer services are provided under separate commercial agreements.

6. No-Placement-Fee-From-Candidates Policy

Naukri4Job will never demand payment from a Candidate as a condition of securing a job offer. We do not charge Candidates commissions on their salary. If anyone claiming to represent Naukri4Job requests such a payment, please report it immediately to info@naukri4job.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, the Naukri4Job name and brand, images, and software — is the property of Naukri4Job or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naukri4Job shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or Services, including but not limited to loss of employment, loss of income, or loss of opportunity. Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Third-Party Employers & Links

We facilitate introductions to Employers but do not control their hiring practices, working conditions or the accuracy of information they provide. Any employment relationship is strictly between you and the Employer. The Website may contain links to third-party sites, over which we have no control and for which we accept no responsibility.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, other users or Employers.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
